We also receive basic technical information required to operate and secure the website, such as request timestamps and security-verification data.
How we use it
- To process stay reservations and review trip, transfer and flight requests.
- To send confirmations, alternatives and service updates that you requested or consented to receive.
- To keep your bookings together when you create a customer account.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website and booking workflow.
Service providers
We use specialist providers to operate parts of the service, including hosting, database/authentication and transactional email services. They process information only as needed to provide those services and subject to their own security and privacy obligations.
Retention and access
We keep booking and operational records for as long as reasonably needed for customer service, accounting, dispute handling and legitimate business operations. You may ask the 4S team to correct account information or request deletion where applicable, subject to records we are legally or operationally required to retain.
